Avenue Ticket
End-to-end ticketing platform with a partner portal. Built web, backend, and mobile for a live-events ticketing platform. Handles real-world ticket sales, vendor inventory, and gate operations.
What I shipped
- Stood up AWS infrastructure with disaster recovery — Cloudflare DNS failover, RDS read replica, warm-standby on AWS Fargate, and a manual failover runbook built after a production outage.
- Designed and shipped RBAC across the partner portal — scoped roles for org admins, venue operators, and gate staff; gates inventory, reporting, and payout views by permission.
- Built payment routing to venue sub-accounts and team payouts — split settlements on ticket sales through the payment gateway.
